FIELD TRIP

Second year students conducted a field trip on 28th October 2022.The destination was mango meadows, kottayam. we started the journey from the college at sharp 7 am and reached the destination around 11 am. Ceena teacher and lizzy teacher accompanied us along with other staffs from the college. The destination was a good place to explore. It provide us an opportunity to get acquainted with strange plant specieses. The guides helped us to know more about those plants and the stories related if any. There were also provisions for boating , cycling , swimming etc. The trip provided us with opportunities to learn many things and helped us to develop many skills in organising a trip.

MGOCSM conducted an orientation program on 27th October 2022 in the college general hall. The session was handled by Fr. Jithu Thomas. It was a nice experience for the students to have an interactive session with the resource person. He gave the students certain tips to be the brightest teacher. He also mentioned the conducts to be expected from a teacher. Fear is a major villain who curtails the shining of many  teachers. And the session provided those with many tricks to beat the fear. The resource person motivated us to grasp the opportunities and live to the fullest. He concluded the class wishing all of us to be the brightest stars. we hope that it will help us a lot in the upcoming weeks of teaching practice.

College sports meet was conducted on 14th October 2022. The games were conducted house wise and I belongs to blue house. The sports meet began with the march past saluting the college principal. The events were guided by our sir Dr. George Varghese. It was a great opportunity for many students to flash back into their memories. Everyone participated in the events with a good sports man spirit. The overall trophy was won by the yellow house with 44 points followed by the red house. The midday meal was also provided in the college. The sports meet ATHLEVIO 2K22was made a huge  success by the participation of each and every Taborians.

The first years was officially invited to the college on 10th October 2022. The programme was named INIZIO. The meeting was presided over by very Rev. Younan Samuel Ramban. College principal Dr. Rosamma philip conveyed the introductory remark. Senior students shared their tabor experiences. The  programme was made more colorful by the presence  of the first year students along with their parents.
